i m facing alot of problem in downloading the CD driver.... i have already lost my CD of my mp3 player.. and i m trying this side for 7 dayZz but every time i want to download
the cd driver...the following message appears on my computer screen...
"All download slots assigned to your country (Pakistan) are currently in use. Please try again in a few hours or install the Megaupload Toolbar for immediate access - with the toolbar installed, there are no more slot limitations for you!"
now tell me what to do...??
please solve my problem....

Hi Pooh, simple, just double-click on part1 and it will extract everything to a folder. You must have a RAR, its a freeware. Once done, just double-click on the 'setup.exe' and its done

I reboot my pc and after what ? on my Zen v plus I put some mp3 but I can listen it .. he said my musical librairy is empty :s .. but I do all my mp3 in ''music'' directory on my mp3 .. so can you help me with this can you contatc me on e-mail angesy@videotron.ca

three questions
1. i have a Zen V...is it ok to use a Zen V Plus install?
2. i tried downloading but the file was downloaded to my notepad for some reason...what do i do?
3. how do u kno if u have RAR and if not...how do you get/ use it

I have creative zen v plus 4gb. I lost my CD installer..just recently I used to charge through USB cable to any computer units. And now, my Mp3 is no longer working and it always display the Welcome Screen " ZEN V PLUS " everytime I turn it ON, then it stuck up. I reset, then the same will happen and it stuck up. I have been trying for days now to get the drivers for my Creative Zen V Plus. The disk I received is defective and everything Creative representative I have spoken to has told me to just go onto their site and download it. However, the drivers are not found on the Creative site, and this one simply links to a paid, third party company selling drivers with the above links (which are inaccurately described as links to the free driver download). This is undoubtedly the most difficult driver to find. Most companies simply offer their drivers for free download on the site. So can it be downloaded for free or should I simply throw it out and purchase a more quality product from another manufacturer?

yes, you can get the driver free but because its hosted in a free 3rd party file hosting website, you just have to put up with their nonsense. we got no choice too as it is a free service and the Creative's CD are massive with each of them greater than 500mb. The server cost to maintain these files only will cost us a bomb

Hi! I downloaded everything for my Creative Zen V Plus but when I plug it into the computer it doesn't read it or something. I tried figuring it out but I couldn't, Does anybody know what I do?

I downloaded the driver CD, and I got the Zen V Plus to be recognized. The other one I got, the Zen V seems to be dead (I got both in as-is ebay lots, I am intending to use them only as storage devices. If they can play music as the second function, that's great, too! The main Zen V Plus issue is the battery's life, it's crystallized. It won't stay on for more than a few minutes.) I would prefer to get a driver that lets me use it as a common storage device since MTP devices do not show up in Servant Salamander, my file organizer of choice. So, where do I get the driver to do this? Or am I stuck to using only music with this thing?

susanta, there is this place in your computer where is shows the hidden devices. if you can find where that is, delete you zen media series from the list and it should work.

i buy my mp3 zen last month but now i cannot use it co'z there is a problem. i used to open it but the player stop loading it's setting or cannot continue while opening the said player. the only thing i can see is the message from the creative and then the logo of ZEN after that the player stop to view the main menu. another thing is that i cannot connect my player to my computer so i can't see the inside list of my mp3... can you please help me about this problem? i'm from the Philippines help me pls..thank you in advance God Bless

I too have a Creative Zen V, and I don't have the install disc. I was wondering if anyone could help me out. It ish-charges on my computer, but the comp doesn't really recognize it. There's nothing that says it's plugged in.

Hey I have found on this is with 2GB Zen V Plus Having Windows Media Player 11 Installs native support for the device. I was speaking with a customer who also lost the cd and I was trying to help them install it. We updated to media player 11 due to ZenCast requiring it and once we rebooted it detected and installed and allowed us to sync the music through media player 11. If you all ready have Windows Media Player 11 installed. Uninstall and Reinstall With The Zen Plugged in. Upon reboot it should be detected. Hope this helps.

I have a creative zen micro mp3 player and have lost the installation cd, will the one above for creative zen v work for me? also i did try to download it to see of it worked but it said i needed raar or something? this seems rather complicated, all i want to do is get a driver, why can this not be made more simple?

I am also wondering is there is a way of downloading the music from my mp3 player to my computer as my computer had to be wiped when getting fixed. I do not want to loose all my music. My mp3 player is getting old and i think it will break soon.

you can drop and drag music into your zen using windows explorer.

yup the micro is a old mp3 player it must be quite durable to last this long :)

hey i have a mac computer notebook. G4. and whenever i pop in the disk it jsut shows me a CD and when i press it i have to choose a bunch of options. But the problem is its really not letting me download it. its annoying cause i bought it a week ago and still havent used it. PLEASEEEE HELP ME. i reallllllly need my music can someone help me and like post a comment after me telling me what to do.

my ZEN V Series Media Explorer is screen is frozen. i had to reinstall the software bececause i had rebooted my pc. what do i do to make it unfrozen and work?!

you can reset it by using a paperclip to insert into a tiny hole just below the on/off switch to get it working again

no i am talking about the SCREEN. where you go on browser media and upload songs on the playlist. my mps is fine but just the screen when i plug the mp3 to the usb.

I have also lost my cd driver for my Zen V, and it seems ti be quite hopeless tog get a driver from the internet. It should not be like this and I am so f.... tired of searching for drivers. I will never ever by a Creative Zen mps player again. This sucks a lot.
