Please take note that according to Creative, actually no driver is required for Zen Vision M. You just need to ensure that you are using Windows XP operating system (Service Pack 2) and Windows Media Player 10 installed. Alternatively, use myZenChecker to help you to check, its a self-help, automated tool. However, some users still prefer to get the installation drivers / CD. The software can be downloaded here for free. Its broken down into 6 parts. You will need rar to unzip and install into your PC.
Minimum System Requirements:
Microsoft Windows XP (Service Pack 2) /XP 64-bit
Intel Pentium III 1 GHz or AMD Duron 1GHz 256MB RAM
If you happened to lose your CD or have a defective CD , you can download the driver by clicking the links below. Please inform us if you find the links not working. So that we can refresh or check the links.

Can you please upload the Creative Zen Sleek (normal not video) installation CD?
You would be my HERO!
Got to source for it, meanwhile you would like to know that zen player is a MTP device, you got to be using Win XP & SP2, use this to check http://xxmycreativexx.blogspot.com/2007/05/myzenchecker-tools-guide-to-problem.html
Your zenchecker thing doesnt work (at least in firefox). It said I dont have windows XP and that I dont have SP2 and that I dont have an intel processor...heres my real specs.
Windows XP Home
Service Pack 2
Intel Inside Centrino Processor
So ya...might want to check up on that.
Thanks Charles for pointing out, as myZenChecker uses activeX which is not compatible with other browsers. I have included a warning if the user is not using Microsoft Internet Explorer
Thank you for providing the Zen Vision M software. It still amazes me that something so simple as providing the software on the Creative site is something these people won't do. You can download full software and drivers from HP but you can't get a simple CD from Creative. They must have an inferior infrastructure staff that can't get it done. That is the only thing I can think of. Oh well, thanks again.
I believe Creative have it in their download section but it is not organised in the sense that the users have to 'choose' the correct applications and plugin. Its just not user friendly.
hey really thankful for you posting these. could you check the link on part 5? i'm finding on megaupload that it is unavailable.
Thanks
i checked, its working alright
i'm sorry i cant find the links ???
the links are at the forum, got to register for a logon to access the downloads http://xxmycreativexx.blogspot.com/2010/08/mycreative-fansite-forum.html
do you know if they have any plans to create a folder playing structure for the zen vision M? like what they do on sony or cheaper mp3 players, i bought a samsung 2gig for £30 and its fantastic! drag, drop, unplug the USB and browse through the folders. no needing to set up a playlist before you can even play any music.
I lost my installation CD for my ZEN plus 4 gig and have tried downloading the free software but it sure takes a lot of time. Why can't we just have a link that manages to point to the free download without having to go to the megadownload website, this site appears to be a waste of time and sends us to different websites such as AFF which is not for minors, which is what my daughter came up with after trying to download this software.
Alternatively, you can click here for premium download
where exactly is the download link?
MUSIC WILL NOT GO FROM MEDIA PLAYER ZEN
can your pc recognise your zen?
tanks for everything
thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
what is the link that I can istall the driver if y lose the CD ?
its in here http://forums.mycreativefansite.com/member-area/

can these files be uploaded to mediafire or something thats actually usable, its a waste of time on megaupload, and premium is totally not worth it for just this upload
i tried plugging in my Zen Vision M into my windows XP SP2 computer and the computer cant see the attached player, is there somethign I'm missing and can the cable I got that fits the player (a IPOD cable) be the trouble?
ipod cable? can it fix in? i think you need a mini usb 2.0 cable
Does the Creative Zen Vision M work like it does with Windows XP SP2 but with Windows Vista instead? I cannot simply copy a track from explorer showing pc media to another explorer showing vision playlists?
Do you have a download for the Zen Vision M, for the Media Explorer? The laptop that had my program crashed and I cant find my CD. I tried download the update thats on the Creative website, but it says I have to have a pre-existing program for it to run.

I've just got a net book and it doesn't have a disk drive. I have my installation disk... but that doesn't do me much help without a disk drive. I know this is the site to get the downloads, I just don't know which ones to get. I have a creative zen 4GB. Please please help me!!!
Again, why would you want to install it.. just plug your Zen in and transfer by the old drag and drop.
Oh and if you want to convert and do all the other fancy things,
goto support.creative.com and select your device, etc.. I'm sure all you need is there. Let me know.
