This installation is for Windows XP with SP2 (myZenChecker can help you check) . These are the same driver/applications found in your Zen Sleek installation CD and must be installed in the following sequence:
1. Under Drivers Section: Creative Zen and Jukebox Driver
2. Under Applications: Creative MediaSource Player/Organizer 3.30.21
3. Under Applications: Creative Zen and NOMAD Jukebox plugin for Creative MediaSource
4. Under Applications: Creative MediaSource Plugin for CD Burner
Make sure your Zen Sleek stays connected through out and when rebooting after installation.
