Creative Labs Zen MP3 Players Sound Blaster Card

Seems like I have tried everything and it won't work I am at the point that I am about to try and get a refund b/c it isn't worth this much trouble. I thought I liked it but after a while it starts messing up.I really need it for tomorrow and won't be able to work on it or sure it for a few days it makes me upset just thinking about it.

is there anyway of controling your zen v plus settings from the computer and not your zen v plus my back light isnt showing up and its hard to see the menu in pitch black to adjust the settings i need to do another way besides the zen v plus help 1!

mine was also like that.

My Zen don't start, send message recovery mode and don't connect USB in my PC, and I used a paperclip to insert into a tiny hole just below the on/off switch and when in recovery mode select c'clean up', how it didnt solve I formated all but continued the problem. What I do.

I have a dice that is showing e a firmware problem. I install the driver, But I can do anything b/c the computer is showing an error: "Player not connected to the computer" I try a different device on the USB port and work fine.

Any Ideas?
