My intention is to let you have a pictorial presentation to help you understand better. Pictures speak louder than words. However, due to close range photo shootout, I couldn't get a clear image. Maybe someone who is good at photography can advise. Anyway, from the photos you will be able to make out what I am trying to say and do.
Turn on your player.
Press the Menu/Options button
You may need to do this more than once until the main menu appears.
Select Extras, and then Date & Time. The current date and time are displayed.
To set an alarm, press and hold the Back/Options button and select Set Alarm to adjust alarm settings.
To change date or time, press and hold the Back/Options button.
Select Set Time or Set Date to change the time or date settings.
To select an item, press in the 5-way Navigation Joystick; to browse through options (a list of menu items), push the 5-way Navigation Joystick up or down.
