Problem: Windows XP doesn't recognize the Zen Stone MP3 player. In the program "Creative Media Lite" I'll get the message that there isn't a mp3-player connected, even though it is at the USB port and the green light is blinking.
Solution: Install this iomega driver/patch . This is due to a memory allocation issue causing a memory pool corruption.
