Problem: I was listening to tunes on a full charge when the player suddenly stopped. I turned it back on and it stopped again after 30 seconds or so. This is definitely NOT a battery life issue, a fact confirmed by the green flashing LED during several attempted restarts.
I tried the RESET button, which only made things worse. Now, the player will not play at all. You can turn it on, but it never starts playing, and the only way to power off is to hit RESET. This is quite annoying.
Problem2: When I charge zen stone , sometimes it is still at 23% for a long time or maybe at 20-32%. My zen stone has been charging about 9-10 hours and the Media Lite indicates it is not fully charged?
Solution: Download and install the latest Zen Stone Firmware which will also improves battery charging behaviour.

I've downloaded the last firmware because the charge stayed at 23%. The result is the same, it stays at 23%....
did you just bought it? See if you can exchange it from your retailer
