This should solve the majority of the problems your face. my creative zen was working fine.. i plugged it to my pc via usb to charge... my nephew pulled it and now its not working at all.. any help??

My Creative Zen [8GB] was stuck in Recovery Mode, I can't get it to work normally, even if I reset it, it won't... So I decided to update the firmware... I downloaded the 1.21.03 version. And now it says "Firmware Problem!" What should I do?? Help me, please!!! :((

my creative zen has lost all its firmware how can i fix it at the moment its stuck on shutting down i have to wait for the battery to go flat and when it does it goes strait to firmware ,reboot ,format all and its stuck there

why would you want to update your firmware? i do not suggest doing it if you have no problem with it
My zen style 100 mp3 keeps switching its self off. Ive tried to update every thing but all I get is it is already updated
