The guys at Federal Communications Commission do not know what is the meaning of confidential and trade secrets. There was even a confidential letter at FCC stating that this should not be revealed to the general public. But yet, they published it on the web and exposed to the internet world. There are also many gadgets sites publishing this news in the public now. Not sure what damages Creative Labs will suffer in this blunder.
The Creative InPerson should be their new product to be announced at the CES 2008, Las Vegas. It has WiFi, ethernet connection, a 76-degree wide-angle lens with excellent low light performance, H.264 video with SIP support, rechargeable/removable Li-ion battery, remote control, headphone jack for privacy, and TV-out to view callers on a larger display.
Right now, the Creative InPerson looks like a product which will most likely appeal to the corporate or business users when they are doing video conferencing. We will cover this new product, most likely a new product category for Creative Labs when it is officially launched.
