Problem: The WMP11 is a beta version which deemed to have cause a lot of connection problems with Creative zen. There's an auto update patch which always prompt you to update your WMP to WMP11 in the Win XP machine. So what happens when you accidentally update it to version 11?
Solution: Well, here's a Microsoft solution to uninstall WMP11
We recommend using method 1 or 2 which is safer, method 3 is via windows registry which requires extra care.

Ahh..
I finally thought We had a solution there :(
but....
you still can't remove it from Vista..
or atleast re install it ( mine is screwed up)...
It seems WMP 11 is a integrated part of Vista so can't remove.. darn !
can't even fix it now !
cant really uninstall wmp11 in vista and not sure if you can install wmp10 in vista too?
for zen to work in win vista, you got to update your firmware to the latest version, however it must be updated using a win xp machine
