Creative EP-830 Review

Creative EP-830 Review
Tracks from this gizmo sounded thin and tinny, especially at high decibels. It also isn't-the most attractive and its flimsy silicon sleeve meant that it didn't effectively block out unwanted noise.

But at this price, you can't ask for more.

The ear piece is also really comfortable and I could wear it for more than two hours straight without numbing my ears. It's also ultra light, which is great for users who like to have Fergie in their jogging sessions.

So, while you won't be swept away by its sound quality, for easy listening this gizmo does decent work.

Hm... if you ever get youur hands on this one.. compare it with the EP 630s which were a classic for it's sound and bass especially.

and now for its price.

they are look largely similiar, maybe ep-830 looks better? hehe
in term of price ep-630 is cheaper maybe because its a older model

Ashok Aritakula,

Hey guys , Don't for EP 830 , its a waste of money if you already have EP 630 . Bass wise EP 630 is better that EP 830 . Else , I think clarity of sound in both is same.

Not sure why Creative is charging more for this . I have both and now I feel foolish to buy EP 830 ,I read reviews that both are same , still I bought . you don't do the same . Wait for sometime .

Thanks
Ashok.

these earphones are a disappointment. i had mine come with my creative zen x-fi (a great mp3 player, albeit being buggy frequently). the bass on this is very weak and muddy and the highs get tinny very often. the included earphone squishy things (pads?) are very weak and don't maintain hold in the ear for very long. the earphone itself actually impedes the fit, since the length of the earphone gets in the way. i switched the creative pads with my broken v-moda BFs pads and they improved the fit a little bit. i'm probably going to buy another pair of bass freqs sometime soon to replace these.

Noise isolation- good for an in ear earphone which is so cheap.Sound Quality- again its Creative so you can't expect anything better.
