Problem:
It started as one of our Creative Fan has problem trying to sync his Zen V-Plus Win XP with WMP 11. The PC can recognise the Zen V Plus and there was no problem transferring music and navigation. But when he tried to sync there's an error like:
" It is not possible to change sync settings at this time. Try again later. "
Solution:
We did some research for bbrescia whom reported this problem. And find out that its actually a microsoft problem issue. Its related to BITS 2.0 and WinHTTP 5.1. To solve this problem, you need to download and install this update, visit the Microsoft Windows Update Web site. Install update 842773.
