Added Features or Enhancements:
Improves video quality
Improves video playback volume level
Adds a new option "TV System" under Settings for the selection of NTSC or PAL format
Improves power on response time

Notes:
To install this firmware
Download the VADO_PCFW_US_1190.exe file into your local hard disk.
Double-click the downloaded file and follow the instructions on the screen.
After upgrading the firmware, the Anti-Flicker setting will be reset to 50Hz. You may adjust again according to your needs later from the menu options.
