Well, I bought a Zen 9 month's ago and I still have the same problem....can't find any drivers I need for my new (now already old) Zen-Mozaic I bought. And my idea, this website is really made by amateurs. If you didn't had haedache...after 2 hours searching you will sponteously have.

I want to find a retail outlet for the Zen Mosaic here in Tucson. Can anyone help?

I have connected zen to computer with use of datacable but the computer has no software so I searched here for half an hour but it was not here its a waste of time

my fucking peice of shit moziac froze the first time i turned the peice of crap on the screen froze and i couldn't even turn it off i had to reset the damn thing wit the reset buttin i have done this so many times my reset button is broken and i can't find a driver on this site so i can connect to my new computer peice of crap......i'm done with creative......i'ma buy a zune

Is this a joke ffs..Where can i get the driver?

Is there any alternative to the creative centrale? It claims that some of the folders where I have my mp3s are empty. (Which obviously is quite retarded for a software that is meant to be used with a mp3 player)
