Problem: I cannot transfer some files from Windows Vista to my Zen Mozaic, I have the error message 'Filename could not be placed on the device. You do not have permission to create this item'. That sounds like a Vista security/permissions issue to me, rather than one with the player itself.
Solution: Well, yes, its a Windows Vista problem encountered by one of our member, Alastor Bosch. While googling, we discovered that this problem is also common in other mtp players such as Sandisk Sansa and Microsoft Zune. All of them do not have a proper solution for this problem.
