My daughter has a 4 Gb ZEN mp3 player. Somehow she accidently hit the synk button while trying to organize her music into like Artist folders. After that she wasnt able to delete any of her content from the ZEN player. I even tried it. You can delete tracks, Albums, Recordings, playlists but as soon as you leave that screen and go to say ,video then go back to music everything you just deleted is back. We would like to completely clear out the player so it is like the day she bought it. I dont know if we are doing something wrong or if the player is broken. We even tried reseting it but still have same problem. Please help.

suggest you format it then, it will erase all your content. use a paperclip to insert into a tiny hole beside the on/off switch. it will go into recovery mode, then select 'format' to format your zen
