Problem: This is quite a common problem and most frequent asked question even till today so we will address this issue. If your zen vision m freezes, stuck, not responding and it cannot play any music. So what must you do?
Solution:
If your zen vision m stops responding, reset the player. This should not cause you to lose any data or audio tracks, unless you were in the middle of transferring an audio track
Insert a thin object (paperclip) into the Reset hole. The 'reset hole' is no. 11 in the diagram above. You can click on the diagram to zoom into it.

I have the same "Rebuilding" screen that it's frozen. I've hit the reset button and that makes it go away, but when I turn it back on, it goes right back to the "rebuilding" screen and stays frozen. It's the same thing over and over. Any other suggestions?
i suggest you try to clean up and if it still doesnt work. do the zen format but it will erase all your content
My Zen Mozaic 4GB is frozen. It has an error message, (there is a problem playing this audio).
I can not shut it off.
mine doesnt freeze at rebuilding it only freezes when i play a song or when i press micro sd or microphone or just at surprise. any suggestions?
