How do i get started downloading for my Zen V 1GB
start by registering at the forum and you can access the Member Area board where you will find all the downloads.
This may seem dumb, but I can figure out how to register with your forum?
look at the forum, there is a highlighted 'register', click on it
i have registred at the forum but i still cant find the downloads
after registration, you shd login and lookout for 'Member Area' board, it will appear on top of 'MP3 Player' board
i also registerd, i can fnd the downloads i want, but then i am directed to a mega-upload site....i don's know what todo there....please help
once at the megaupload website, for free download, got to work for 45sec then click on the 'free download' button
i damaged my installation disk how do i download the creative zen v series mp2 player i look all over site and cant find the link i even sighned in and and couldnt find the link to down load the softerare/ drives for it so i can add music

hi, i have a very old creative, the old zen black colour, 20gb with blue backlight but monocolour screen. still working very fine but since i changed laptop, need the driver for it again. so far, only managed to find the mediasource installation file, but still haven n cant install the zen player itself. help pls..

I dont understand anything, please help! I bought a Creative Stone Plus, I have a Mac and iTunes installed. The stone appears at the desktop, and it appears in iTunes as NomadMuvo. I transfer music files in iTunes, but it appears empty in iTunes (no file names, but says that it is filled), however, the title of the songs appears if I click on the icon on the desktop. However, when I try to play it, it says no music on the stone. Ive read somewhere that I have to reboot the mac with the device plugged in in order to make it appear in iTunes, but it does appear. So why doesnt it play? And how do I install this creative media lite program, it just says that it is no application to open it with? Please help!

I've got one for you. Zen Nomad Xtra,(love it, have for years) firmware 2.10.03 (went round-round, uninstall everything, rollback WMP11 to WMP10 to get the firmware to finish installing, all OK now on Compaq notebook). Now on HP desktop 'Add Hardware Window' I get "MTP Device" "The specified service does not exist as an installed service". In DevMngr it shows Nomad Jukebox Xtra with "!" "reinstall drivers". Installed all the Creative stuff and updates.
The Nomad is recog. with my HP notebook fine too. All 3 computers have Windows XP, SP2, the latest windows updates, and WMP 10 (hate wmp11, deleted my song licenses when I rolled back, also no license management options). I registered & opened your zenchecker on my compaq. It said "no sp2", it does, "intel proc", it doesn't, AMD, and my zen works fine on this compaq. The HP desktop has Windows Media Center. All this "PlaysForSure" just makes things worse. I've tried all the stuff I could find at Creative and Microsoft (except installing WMP11). Got any ideas??? THANKS!!!

It appears that the Zen V will run with WMP 11. Mine won't. After I run the checker the suggestion is #6, use WMP 10. I know that already, it works fine with 10, I need it to run with 11 because you can't download Overdrive books with less than 11 because of the DRM.
I use macbook and i lost the CD driver for ZEN neeon2 [2GB], i just can't find the driver for mac, what i found is only for windows XP and Vista.. Could someone help me out?

I have a Zen Vision M, 30GB, and it's not recognized by my computer anymore. I runned the zenchecker and all turns out good. Also ran the myzenusb.zip and fixup.zip files, but my player is never shown under "Windows Portable Devices". I also did a Clean Up in my player and nothing. Could you please help me??

My Zen Vision M is not updating licenses from Rhapsody any more. I recently upgraded to IE 8. Has anyone else had problems like this?

Going crazy trying to get my vision m working again.Worked fine for along time (over a year). Then one day it wouldn't charge , bought new battery and power adapater and now I can't get any of my computers to connect with it. MyZenChecker says every thing is Good,( have tried all fixes for XP) but still unable to use . Have tried to reformat and now i can't reload the firmware . I miss my Zen , any good fixes out there???
you got a new battery? try to charge it for at least 5+hrs using the power adaptor and try to connect again

Would someone on your forum be able to help me figure out why Overdrive Media Console 3 doesn't recognize my Zen Nano Plus is connected. New laptop running Vista with Firefox. Never had this problem on my older PC running XP Home, FF and OMC 2. Their support thought completely removing OMC and reinstalling would help but...nope. Thanks.

I have a Zen 4gb mp3 player and when I turn it on the screen is white and has no image. When I try to load music from my laptop it says it is not connected or busy. The manufacturer warranty is over and I dont know what to do with it.
Hiya - I had a Zen 16gb (8000 songs) player which kept locking up on me and I returned it to supplier.
They have replaced it with a Zen 16gb MX (4000 songs) player.
Can't find if the MX is a 'lesser' model and if I've been stung. Can you help please?
yes, the zen mx is a lesser but newer version. the zen (non MX) is a older version and not in production anymore. that may be the reason why they replace it with your zen mx. lookout for the difference in price and ask for refund.
My creative zen has been acting weird lately. Everytime I play a song, in the middle of the song I can bearly hear anything but the beat. I think it has a virus. How do I scan and remove viruses from my creative zen?
