Hi I have a ZEN Neeon (1GB DAP-FL0028). I formatted it, but just after that, it doesn't play the pasted music inside of it. Does it need any software or drive to be installed inside?

Jimmyboy88 : no i didn't see anything and i haven't tried to charge it for 5 hours, i let it charge for the maximum of 3hrs since it was on the manual. I tried not to charge it for a few days and when i plugged it to my computer there was some kind of improvement on the battery. it has finally reached at least 32%. I dunno what's the problem of my player and why it was acting this way.

yes, the zen mx is a lesser but newer version. the zen (non MX) is a older version and not in production anymore. that may be the reason why they replace it with your zen mx. lookout for the difference in price and ask for refund.

Hiya - I had a Zen 16gb (8000 songs) player which kept locking up on me and I returned it to supplier.
They have replaced it with a Zen 16gb MX (4000 songs) player.

Going crazy trying to get my vision m working again.Worked fine for along time (over a year). Then one day it wouldn't charge , bought new battery and power adapater and now I can't get any of my computers to connect with it. MyZenChecker says every thing is Good,( have tried all fixes for XP) but still unable to use . Have tried to reformat and now i can't reload the firmware . I miss my Zen , any good fixes out there???
